Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
– Field Operations Management:
– Supervise and lead field associates and volunteers.
– Ensure efficient execution of campaign activities and grassroots initiatives.
– Voter Engagement and Outreach:
– Plan and implement voter outreach strategies.
– Lead efforts to engage with constituents and communicate campaign messages.
– Data Collection and Analysis:
– Oversee data collection processes and quality control.
– Collaborate with data analysts to refine campaign strategies based on field data.
– Event Coordination:
– Coordinate logistics for campaign events and rallies.
– Ensure all resources and materials are prepared for successful events.
– Campaign Support:
– Provide leadership and guidance to campaign teams.
– Mobilize resources and volunteers to support campaign goals.
– Reporting and Documentation:
– Maintain accurate records, reports, and field data.
– Ensure data integrity and timely reporting to campaign headquarters.
– Compliance:
– Ensure compliance with campaign finance and election regulations.
– Uphold ethical and legal standards in all campaign activities.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, or related field.
– Years of relevant experience in political campaigning or consultancy.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
– Knowledge of campaign strategies, voter engagement, and field operations.
– Proficiency in data collection, quality control, and analysis.
– Ability to lead and inspire teams in dynamic campaign environments.
– Commitment to political ethics and confidentiality.
