Department: Operations and Strategy ( War Room)

Job Summary:
– A pivotal leadership role responsible for overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of the political consultancy.
– Manage resources, processes, and personnel to ensure smooth campaign execution and strategic alignment.
– Contribute to the success of political clients and candidates by efficiently managing operational aspects of the consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:
– Operations Management:
– Oversee and streamline the operations of the consultancy, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
– Establish and maintain operational processes and protocols.
– Resource Allocation:
– Allocate and manage resources, including personnel and technology, for campaign operations.
– Optimize resource deployment for maximum impact and cost-efficiency.
– Team Supervision:
– Lead and mentor operational teams, including administrative staff and support personnel.
– Ensure clear roles, responsibilities, and accountability within the operations teams.
– Process Improvement:
– Continuously review and enhance operational processes to maximize efficiency and productivity.
– Implement best practices to support the broader campaign objectives.
– Crisis Management:
– Develop and execute contingency plans to address potential crises or operational challenges.
– Lead rapid response efforts in collaboration with crisis management teams.
– Compliance and Ethics:
– Ensure that all operational activities adhere to campaign regulations and ethical standards.
– Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, confidentiality, and inclusivity.
– Budget Management:
– Assist in managing and optimizing the campaign budget, working closely with finance teams.
– Monitor expenses and ensure adherence to financial targets.

Qualifications and Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Operations, or related field (Master’s preferred).
– Two Years of experience in operational management, preferably within political campaign operations.
– Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work under pressure and make informed decisions in a fast-paced campaign environment.
– Proficiency in budget management, resource allocation, and process optimization.
– Collaborative and team-oriented mindset. Commitment to ethical campaign practices and inclusivity.
