Job Summary:– A frontline role dedicated to connecting with the electorate and building strong relationships within the community.
– Engage with voters, understand their concerns, and ensure their voices are heard.
– Contribute to the success of political clients and candidates by building a dedicated and passionate support base.

Key Responsibilities:

– Grassroots Outreach:
– Connect with community members, voters, and volunteers at the grassroots level.
– Engage in face-to-face interactions, phone calls, and digital outreach.
– Voter Engagement:
– Act as a liaison between the campaign and the community to understand their needs and concerns.
– Encourage voter participation, awareness, and registration.
– Event Coordination:
– Assist in organizing and participating in campaign events and community gatherings.
– Ensure logistics, scheduling, and materials are prepared for successful events.
– Data Collection:
– Gather data on voter preferences, issues, and demographics.
– Provide data-driven insights to the campaign teams for targeted messaging.
– Community Building:
– Foster strong relationships within the community and build a dedicated support base.
– Collaborate with local influencers, volunteers, and community leaders.
– Feedback and Reporting:
– Collect feedback and input from the community.
– Provide regular reports on community sentiment and concerns to the campaign.
– Compliance and Ethical Standards:
– Ensure adherence to campaign regulations and ethical standards in all community activities.
– Uphold a culture of ethical conduct, inclusivity, and respect.

Qualifications and Skills:

– Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
– Passion for community engagement, politics, and advocacy.
– Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
– Ability to empathize and connect with people from diverse backgrounds.
– Proficiency in community organizing and outreach strategies.
– Collaborative and team-oriented mindset.
– Commitment to ethical campaign practices and inclusivity.
